Introduction

 Royal Business Class LLC, registered Livery Service in Connecticut.  We reserve the right of final decision and Terms and Conditions, and also reserves the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions. 

 Definition in these Term & Conditions (T&C) 

“We”, “Us”, “Our” and “The Company” all mean “Royal Business Class LLC., “RBC LIMO” 

“You”, “Customer” means who book our services through our website & Phone Calls 

 

Terms Of Use

  

No smoking is allowed, and use of drugs are not permitted in the vehicle. Alcohol is not allowed except to stretch limos with partition. Customer(s) is responsible for any damage caused during the use of the vehicle and will be charged the actual cost to the repair damage of vehicle. $250 will be charged for vomit that requires special cleaning.

Vehicle Capacity 

Passenger(s) safety is our top priority. We provide fully insured, safe and comfortable vehicle(s) for our customers. Seatbelts must be worn all the time for all the passengers and luggage should not be more than the vehicle capacity as is specified by the manufacturer.  

Cancelation Policy 

If the reservation is confirmed and there is a change to the original plan, changes can be made by calling Royal Business Class Limousine on (860)321-1391. There will be no charge if reservation is cancelled 48-72 hours prior to the scheduled service time. However, the cancellation fee charged in the event the request for services is cancelled with less than 24-hour notice from the time of service scheduled. Cancelation fee is charged within 24-hours of scheduled time 50% and if cancelled within 8 hours of scheduled service time, cancellation fee is charged 70% of reservation. Cancellation fee is charged 100% prior to event if vehicle leaves the headquarters. For hourly reservations late cancellation fee is equal to hourly minimum  

No-Show Policy 

In case of flight delays & cancellations it’s the client(s) responsibility to inform us about the change and must change or cancel the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. In the event passenger(s) fail to cancel or meet the chauffeur at designated pick-up area, No Show Fee must be charged and airport fees, tolls, parking fee will also apply. 

Waiting Time 

For airport pick-ups, customer(s) will not be charged for the first 30 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights and wait time charged after the grace period. Pick up from home & other locations passenger(s) have 15 minutes of grace time and waiting time will apply after grace period. 

Tolls & Parking 

Two-way Tolls are charged where tolls are applicable.  Parking & park entrance fees charged at cost 

Extra Stops  

Customer(s) will be charged extra if he/she decides to make a stop(s) along the way. $20 charged if the stop is within the town and $25 charged for the stop out of town. If the time at the stop extended to 30 minutes that makes the trip hourly automatically  

Holidays 

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. Minimum charge of $100 will be added for the service on the following holidays: New Year Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Independence Day, Labor Day & Memorial Day 

Hourly Bookings/ Garage to Garage 

For all hourly bookings charged as garage to garage. Time starts when the vehicle(s) leaves the headquarters and ends when it enters back to garage. There are minimum hours that you can book the vehicle. For Weddings & Proms 3 hours minimum, Funerals and all others 2 hours minimum 

Baby Seats 

Customers bring their own baby seats due to child age and weight limits. However, if they want Royal Business Class (RBC) to provide one, you need to let us know during the booking.  The charge of $20 would be added to the ride for child seat. 

Off Hours 

A $15 fee will be added to the trip as a separate charge if the pickup occurs between the hours of 12AM through 5AM.
